Groovy Smoothies with Soy Milk


Vanilla Apple Cinnamon

1 Cups Frozen Bananas (about 2 bananas)

4 Cups Vanilla Soy Milk

2 Large Apples (frozen preferred)


Blend it up.



Top off with Apple Slices and Cinnamon


Vanilla Coffee Liquor

2 Cups Frozen Bananas (about 2 bananas)

4 Cups Vanilla Soy Milk

1/2 Cup Coffee Liquor of your choice (Kahlua, Kamoro...)


Blend it up.



Top off with Frozen Banana Slices

add a sprinkle of Instant Coffee.

I added some Pepperidge Farm Pirouettes which probably aren't gluten free.


Chocolate Breakfast Smoothie w/Tofu

2 Cups Frozen Bananas (about 2 bananas)

6 Cups Chocolate Soy Milk (vary amount to preference)

1 Cup Sweet Potato (see prep instructions)

3 Cups of Fresh Spinach

1/2 Cup of Firm Nigari Tofu

Blender on highest speed for about 3 minutes.  I recommend filling the bowl about halfway at first and then add the rest once well blended

w/sweet potato

2 Cups Frozen Bananas (about 2 bananas)

6 Cups Vanilla Soy Milk (vary amount to preference)

1 Cup Sweet Potato (see prep instructions)

3-4 Cups Strawberries

Add 1/2 Cup of Frozen Avacado for more smoothieness

3 TBS Nutmeg 


Peaches N' Cream

2 Cups Frozen Bananas (about 3 bananas)

6 Cups Vanilla Soy Milk (vary amount to preference)

4 Cups Frozen Peaches

NEWS FLASH: I discovered walnuts!!! 

I put a hand full of walnuts *blended on low* after I've blended the main ingredients on high.  Blend walnuts on "low" so as to not to vaporize the walnuts.  It adds some texture.
